“Anyone who’s followed an athlete’s career knows the story behind the moment…the ups and downs, the years of work and sacrifice it took to make that moment look effortless. An oil painting can capture that much better than a photograph because every time you look closely, you see something you didn’t notice before…something that only really makes sense as part of the whole ”
Capture moments that matter

“Thank you again for the beautiful painting and conversation. You captured a great memory and your artwork is now a proud piece to show and talk about with guests in our home”
FAQ’s
-
I only use the highest quality oil paint, materials, and archival, oil primed linen panels, ensuring that your paintings will stand the test of time.
-
The cost of a painting depends on the desired size and complexity of the subject matter. For example, an 8×10”, unframed painting featuring one subject costs $500, which includes taxes and shipping. Pricing sheets for a variety of sizes and options for framing are available upon request.
-
Once we agree on a subject, size, and price, half of the cost is required to begin the piece. You’ll receive images and updates along the way and can submit final payment when complete. As soon as the second and final payment is received, the painting is carefully packaged and shipped.
-
Yes. If a team or organization would like to commission a group of paintings (ie; senior day, special awards, hall of fame, etc.), pricing can be negotiated.
-
Yes, in fact I prefer to frame the pieces myself and consider them naked when I ship them without a frame. Once we determine the size of image you want, I can tell you exactly how much a frame would add to the cost.
-
Generally speaking, the entire process takes 3-6 weeks because the oil paint must dry completely before I can varnish and frame the piece. Once we agree on an image, a small to midsize piece should be in your hands in three weeks.
-
If you reach out with a question or idea, I’ll respond immediately and we can go back and forth over the phone or email until we settle on size, image, framing options, cost, etc. I typically require a down payment (half the total cost) to start the piece and then send images of the work as I progress so you can follow along as it develops. Once it’s completed, I frame it (if requested), send a photo and request final payment before wrapping it carefully, and shipping it directly to your door.
